For Gruppo Amadori, empowering people during pivotal career transitions is essential to building a resilient organization. The P&O team’s mission is clear: "To create pathways for personal and professional growth, enabling people to navigate change with confidence and purpose."

That’s why, in the summer of 2024, they launched a pilot coaching program, marking the first time coaching was integrated into their existing mentoring framework. This initiative targeted a diverse group of 25 professionals undergoing significant role changes — whether stepping into managerial positions, taking on larger teams, or navigating new organizational dynamics.

Over a tailored five-month program, participants were empowered to select their own coach, ensuring a highly personalized and impactful experience. This new approach underscored the value of external support and innovative tools, paving the way for a deeper exploration of leadership potential.

"This program represents a meaningful step forward in our commitment to supporting people through change," said Selene Santacaterina, People & Organization Director at Gruppo Amadori. "By embracing coaching, we’re helping individuals not only to grow but also to navigate the complexity of leadership with confidence and authenticity."
