We aim to increase employees’ satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention and provide HR departments with personalized development plans and data to improve decision-making. We do this thanks to 3 elements:

🟠 About the role
This is a perfect position for:
- native Spanish speakers
- people who have been working as an BDR
- people who want to work in the sales department
- people who want to take part in building this amazing startup
We are a team of 12 guys with an average age of 27 y.o.
We are looking for someone who wants to become an BDR in the startup world and experience a very dynamic environment.
We know you may not have all these characteristics but, if you think you are the right person, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activities through prospect research, lead generation, appointment setting, and managing prospects/clients
- Scraping new leads
- Creating outreach strategy and campaign
- Contact new leads through cold outreach tools and cold calling
- Cold calling
- Cold email outreach
- Linkedin automation
- Maintain customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries
- Sending periodical follow-ups
- Maintain the lead “warm”
- Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals
- Assist with sales research and analysis
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE
- Copywriting
- Use of CRM (Hubspot)
- Email marketing
- English level B2

🟠 Our Pack for you
Contract
- Working hours: full time
- Contract term: Initial 6-month trial contract to see if we are a fit.
- We can offer both an occasional service and a fixed-term contract to make a permanent contract after the first 6 months.
- We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
